Jeff's Story
Jeff Justice Williams is a seasoned SaaS technology leader with over 20 years of expertise in Customer and Business Management. Currently a key leader at Box, Jeff brings a wealth of experience from prominent roles including Global Vice President of Customer Success & Support at Stack Overflow, where he managed multiple product lines and the company’s comprehensive customer programs.
Throughout his career, Jeff has led high-impact teams at industry giants such as WeWork-overseeing Enterprise Technology and Customer Success across the US and EMEA-and Dropbox, where he spent four years heading Customer Success and served as NYC Site Lead. His strategic vision and people-first leadership have driven growth and innovation across diverse markets.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Jeff is the creator and host of the podcast *Sips of Success*, where he engages with guests over unique drinks, sharing authentic conversations about life’s challenges and triumphs. Jeff’s creative talents extend to media and the arts: he has lent his voice as a voiceover artist for major brands, represented artists and performance groups, co-founded and served on boards of several startups, and was a popular host on Washington, D.C.’s major network radio station WPGC 95.5.
Jeff is deeply committed to his community. He serves as an elected County Committee Representative for Jersey City and is an active member of the Economic Development Board of New Jersey’s fastest-growing city. An avid traveler and global citizen, Jeff has lived, studied, and worked across three continents and visited more than 80 countries-and his journey is far from over.
